Napanangka, Annie Simon, has lived in Lajamanu her whole life. She now leaves town for dialysis. In 2020 she has began painting with her sister and co-wife, Kitty Napanangka Simon, as their husband passed away a few years ago and they have more time. Annie has 5 children and many grand children. Her art draws on the lands her family once lived in about 400kms south of Lajamanu.
